Tune Description

The Big Boom

Did you hear that thunder? Boy was it loud. But wait, there was something different about that sound. Why it wasn't thunder at all, it was a cannon.

Well, we don't sell ammunition here at BetterMusicBoxes.com, but we are introducing our new 100 Note Canon. This scrumptious duet movement plays Pachelbel's Canon in D, in 3 parts. The music is harp like and is reminiscent of a sublime harmony music box. We also furnish a special box which has been designed for this magnificent movement. It is well worth the cost.

Please note the following recording is a simulation of the actual sound of the movement.

100 Note Movement

This kind of Nidec/Sankyo movement plays two or three tunes (or parts) and is made in Japan. Playing time is usually about 6 minutes. There are 100 notes (or "teeth") on the comb. There is a lot of bass sound in the comb, and the arrangements are usually very spectacular in nature. Our in-house comb machine and Rick's expertise result in Bell-Like Tuning unrivalled in new movements for decades.
